Work Experience
I’ve worn many hats at many organizations over the years. Currently, I am a Principal Designer, Design Operation at Northern Trust, focused on streamline our design team process in order to scale. I also co-founded our Cultivating Anti-bias group, where we put the principles of anti-bias into practice on our team. We’ve lead workshops on writing and reviewing feedback for bias, a book club, and a media club.
In past lives I’ve designed for consumer electronics, B2B applications, food transparency, and city power grid management. Outside of the design industry, I work with my wife on our family food business.
